Kanye West Is Hottest MC In The Game 2016, Drake 2nd, Chance 3rd

The council has spoken: After much heated debate, the comeback committee on MTV2's Hottest MCs in the Game has decided the 10 hottest rappers of 2016.

The nine-person roundtable had some fiery disagreements over the list, especially when it came down to the top three: Drake, Kanye West, and Chance the Rapper. Members of the panel, which included host Charlamagne tha God, Nick Cannon, and Joe Budden, made convincing arguments for each rapper to come out on top. But in the end, there could be only one.

Despite Drake's dominance by the numbers in 2016, Kanye West won out as hottest MC of 2016 thanks to his accomplished new album and subsequent tour. Drake came in at a cool second, while Chance followed up with the bronze.
