“I’m still losing weight, and now I’m starting to build hard muscle in places,” he tells Men’s Health magazine, explaining he has been taking his weight loss slowly. “If I quit all the things I loved cold turkey, I knew it would only be so long before I went back to my old ways.”
In order to achieve his goal, Ross pledged not to eat fast food after 5pm and he hired a chef to cook up healthy meals for him. He also created a new ‘RossFit’ motivational work group to help him stay true to his goals, and now he jogs four days a week before hitting the gym.
Ross can’t believe he’s actually enjoying the healthy lifetstyle, adding, “My advice for anyone looking to lose weight is to not make it feel like a job.”
