of the recent judgement setting up a new Interim National Executive / Caretaker
Committee for PMAN.
The judgement was delivered by Hon. Justice O. E. Abang of
the Federal High Court, Lagos Division on 31st October, 2014.
As Head of Law Enforcement arm of the
Federal Government, we shall indeed appreciate your prompt co-operation in any
possible way and at any given time in the execution of this judgement in
keeping with the ‘’Rule of Law’’ philosophy of the current Federal Government
Administration under the able leadership
of President – Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (GCFR)"
"We therefore humbly urge you to use your
good offices to direct all Zonal and State Commands including other Police formations
across the nation to assist in the enforcement of this judgement without fear
or favour to prove to the rest of the world that our country Nigeria is
governed by the ‘’Rule of Law’’ as against the impression created by the
activities of some recalcitrant fellows to the contrary."
