Information reaching us today says that Tee Mac Omatseli
has finally been arrested and taken to Police headquarters in Abuja after weeks
of hiding from the police. Tee Mac was arrested in connection with the 8.7
hectares of PMAN land in Abuja, out of which he fraudulently sold out 5.2
hectares to his cronies.
This fraud was exposed following investigations by the
current PMAN president Pretty Okafor on the land issue. During the
investigation Pretty Okafor discovered that Tee Mac and some other PMAN members
of his regime such as Orits Wiliki and Chris Mba fraudulently used faked PMAN documents
to dispose of the land for millions of naira illegally, and pocketed all the
money. Following his refusal or inability to account for this Pretty Okafor
took the matter to the authorities. Tee Mac then went into hiding till his
arrest. As of today 25th May, 2016 he is undergoing thorough investigation
at Police headquarters. We will keep you posted.
Pretty Okfor has called on Nigerian musicians rise up now
and support his efforts to sanitize and realign the music industry and also
